Random Haul

Hi everyone,
Since yesterday (Saturday) I went shopping and bought I few things, I thought I would do a haul. I haven't done a haul in a while so I hope you enjoy. This is a mixture of home were, beauty, stationary and food!

Before I even went shopping yesterday, my mum had bought me some new makeup wipes. I'm not sure were they are from, but I'm sure you can get them in most places. They are the Johnson's Face Care Makeup Wipes for sensitive skin, I have had these in the past and I do really like them. I don't use wipes to remove makeup but I use them for cleaning up swatches and spot cleaning my brushes. Thank you mum!

From Boots, I decided to buy some new makeup and skincare bits. At the Maybelline stand I noticed they had a new product which I had already seen on their instagram but not in store. It's the Maybelline Baby Lips, Balm and Blush, since this is new, I will be doing a hot or not on this on Wednesday, So keep your eyes peeled for that! This cost £4.99 and since it was buy one get one half price, I decided to get something else. After analyzing the stand for a good 10 minutes I decided to get the Maybelline Brow Drama in Dark Blonde, because I have heard mixed reviews about this and I wanted to test it myself. This also cost £4.99 but I got it half price.
The next two things from Boots are skincare bits, and I'm not usually one to go and buy new skincare, I usually just use what I have. Saying that, I really want to clear up my skin so I am starting to test and trial some products that will help me achieve that. Since I have the Simple day moisturizer, I thought I should try their night cream. Currently my night cream is E45 which I know isn't great and that's why I bought the Simple Night Cream. It was £3.49 which I thought was super good for 100ml. The next thing I bought was something I have heard a bit about but not a lot. It is the Witch Blemish Stick. Honestly, I don't expect this to clear my spots but I wan't it to help cure them faster. I have really bad ache so I am willing to try anything that will make it that little bit easier. This was £2.59 which is super cheap, but the product itself is only small so I'm not sure how long it will last.
Finally from Boots, I got a packet of Soothers. I know it's not the average thing you buy from Boots but they were only 49p. Honestly I love these, even when I don't have a sore throat.

Next I went into Next and I am not a fan of there clothes so instead I looked at their home were. I picked up two frosted tea light holders in pink and blue for £1.50 each. I'm not going to lie, I don't burn candles but I thought these would be good to store hair grips and bobbles in. They were super cheap so I couldn't say no and I love the way they look on my dressing table.

The final thing I bought, which may be too late is from Asda and it's a 2016 diary. I have wanted one of these for ages and finally bought one, it was only £4 and I love the colour and the quote on it. I will be using this to plan blog posts, appointments and holidays so I think it will really help me stay organised.

I hope you enjoyed this short, little haul. Have a great day!

  1. Hey! I have that spot stick and it did wonders for me, just remember to wash your face beforehand and I tend to make sure I use different fingers for different spots so that I don't rub the whole product on my face and spread the infection, or dip my finger back into it once i've put it on the spot! x
