February Favourites!

I am pretty sure I say this at the end of every month, but how can it already be March? February was sort of a meh month for me so there aren't that many favourites to share but I have got a good mix of TV, fashion and some beauty.

The Flash
This is a new TV programme I have been loving this month, it features the talented Grant Gustin which was honestly the whole reason I started watching the show but it is brilliant. Grant plays the role of Barry Allen perfectly. This is the shows summary, "At 11, Barry Allen's life changed completely when his mother died in a freak accident and his innocent father was convicted of her murder. Now a crime-scene investigator, his dedication to learn the truth about his mother's death drives him to follow up on every new scientific advancement and urban legend. When his latest obsession -- a particle accelerator heralded as a world-changing invention -- causes an explosion, it creates a freak storm and Barry is struck by lightning. He awakes from a coma nine months later with the power of superspeed. When he learns that others who have gained powers use them for evil, he dedicates himself to protecting the innocent, while still trying to solve the older mystery." Okay it is a little complicated but honestly you should just give it a try. If you love sci-fi and geeky shows then you will love this. It is not a show I would usually lean towards but I love the concept and I think it is something new and very original.

Since being back at school and generally lazy with no plans, I have not been wearing that much makeup these past few weeks but a lip product I am totally in love with is this lip gloss from Too Faced. I have previously mentioned it in a post which just gives you a first impressions (linked here) but my final verdict is that, it is brilliant. Mine is in the shade Papa Don't Peach and it is the perfect warm nude. It is not sticky, it feels like an oil and it is just beautiful and glossy looking. I wear this on makeup days and on days when I am not wearing makeup and it just makes my lips feel so moisturized.

I constantly neglect my hands, I have so many hand creams but I never get round to using them because I constantly forget that my hands need moisturizing too. Now I am finally getting into the routine of moisturizing my hands a few times a day and this hand cream is my current favourite. The scent is super light and the formula is super moisturizing. It makes my hands super soft an hydrated for a long time.

Using a body scrub a couple times a week always felt like a chore for me but recently this scrub has just made me want to do it more often. The consistency of this is super strange as you would think, since it is a sugar scrub, that it is really intense but it isn't, it is almost like a cream texture so on its own it is pretty pointless but with an exfoliating glove, it is great. It is like a wash and scrub in one which I think it great for someone in a rush or if you are lazy like me. I cannot forget the smell, the smell was the whole reason I bought this, it is the perfect mix of sweet and citrus and it is just divine. Sadly my pot is coming to an end but that is just because I have been using it so much this month.

I am currently battling my acne with some new treatment and I was told to pair it with an oil free moisturizer so I pulled this one out from a while back. This was the first ever skincare product I ever used, so it's weird that I have not yet grown out of it yet. It may not be the most hydrating but it makes my skin feel super soft and I have not been using any other moisturizer since using this one.

Tea and Biscuits
I have no idea how this obsession began but it has and I am hooked. Every morning I now enjoy a cup of tea with some chocolate digestive biscuits and sure, it might not be that healthy but I have one life so I am going to enjoy this. Anyway, it have just been loving tea and biscuits at the moment and if you have never tried tea or chocolate digestive biscuits or the combination, then you should because you will thank me later.

With the current season changing going on in England at the minute I have been sort of stuck on what shoes to wear. It seems too warm to be wearing boots and it seems too cold to be wearing pumps so I have found my in between. These trainers are so comfortable and I love their colour and design. They look a little old school to me and not a lot of people wear trainers like this anymore. I love how they go with every casual outfit I wear and I just love the way they look.

What did you love in February?
