What's in my makeup bag | February 2015

Hi everyone,
So today I am going to share what is in my makeup bag.

My makeup bag is from Ted Baker. I'm sorry if you can't find this since Ted Baker change their stock very often but I got this for Christmas and I love it so much.

I am going to go in the order I do my makeup in.
Face
My face products that I keep in my makeup bag are a primer, three concealers, translucent powder and a natural blush. I don't wear foundation since I am only 12 and I feel like it is too much to wear for everyday use.
The primer I keep in my makeup bag is the MUA pro-base primer. This is the only primer I have tried. I love the formula and texture of this product and its great for every day.
It might be weird but I have three concealers in my makeup bag.
Since I don't wear foundation, I like to experiment with concealers and these three are my favorites. The Collection lasting perfection is a staple for me, it is probably my favorite concealer, I have done a review on this already which I will link at the bottom of this post. The second concealer is the Natural collection creamy concealer, I haven't heard much about natural collection as a brand, but I think it is a great brand for people who are on a budget. The final concealer I keep in my makeup bag is the Maybelline cover stick, I like using this on my eyelid to cancel out the veins on my eyelid if I'm not wearing eye shadow.
The powder I keep in my makeup bag is the MUA matte perfect loose powder. This is a nice powder I much prefer my rimmel one but it smashed so I need a new one but the MUA one does a nice job and it is worth the money.
For everyday use I like to use a natural blush and my favorite t use is the Natural collection blush in Peach Melba. This is really nice for everyday, it is very natural and pigmented.

Eyes
For eye shadow I keep my most recent palette in my makeup bag so I can use and experiment with it.
My most recent palette is the W7 In the nude palette. This palette is gorgeous and is a great dupe for the naked 3 palette. As an eye shadow base I use the Maybelline 24hour colour tattoos in on and on bronze and permanent taupe. I love using these for a lazy day when I don't want to make a big effort.

For eyeliner I use the
MUA intense colour eyeliner in snow white and I use this for the inner corner and waterline. The black eyeliner I use is The Body Shop eye definer in smokey black, this is very pigmented and long lasting, it also looks great blended out.

The two mascaras I enjoy using are the Manhattan first style mascara. I love using this for a natural day since we are not meant to wear any makeup in school but this mascara does a great job.
The second mascara I use is for a more dramatic look, it is the latest addition to my makeup collection and it is the Benefit Roller Lash. I am going to do a review on this mascara very soon so stay tuned.

I like to keep my eyebrows very natural but if I want to fill them in I would use the eyebrow cake from Asda, this is alright but I want a new brow powder from the drugstore so please leave recommendations in the comments. The daily product I use on my eyebrows is just a clear mascara and the one I use daily is also from Asda. It does a nice job.

Lips
The daily lip balm I have been loving is an EOS lip balm in Honeysuckle Honeydew. This is great for everyday and it keeps my lips hydrated.
If I want to wear lip stick I would use the Revlon Lacquer in Demure since is is sheer and natural.

Random
I keep a few random things in my makeup bag that aren't actually makeup.
The first one is this recon-tractable brush. I am really sorry but I have no idea were this is from since my mum gave this to me ages ago. I will sometimes use this to blend in my concealer. I do like this brush but I am saving up for some real techniques ones since they are better quality. The rest of my brushes are stored on my dressing table, so let me know if you would like me to do a separate blog post on my brushes.
The final item I keep in my makeup bag is The Body Shop almond hand and nail cream. I always forget to moisturize my hands, so if I keep it in my makeup bag I will remember.

January Favorites

Hi everyone,
Wow! It feels like I haven't posted in ages even though it has only been a week. If you are wondering why I have not posted for a week it' because I haven't had time. I have had 5 tests that I had to revise for, a dance show all weekend and I just haven't had the time to sit down and write a post.
Today I thought I would share with you my January favorites. Sorry the pictures aren't good quality I just wanted to get the blog post up in time.

Makeup

To make my makeup last a lot longer I bought the MUA primer and I have used this everyday (when I remember) for school. It has a good formula and nice texture and it makes my makeup last a lot longer.

I have discovered the collection, lasting perfection concealer. I have heard so many great things so I just needed to try it out. It gives great coverage, lasts all day and its just an essential for me now.

My go-to eye look for school is white eyeliner and mascara and I have been using the MUA intense colour eyeliner in snow white. It is only £1 and it is so pigmented, this is a must have for me.

Next makeup product I have been loving is the Revlon lacquer balm in Demure. Again, this is a popular product and I wanted to try this out.

I wanted an everyday nude shade and demure is the perfect one.   It is a nude/pink with a bit off shimmer in it. They are very moisturizing and great for everyday. They are also on a great off for only £4.99!

Skincare

I have been obsessed with one skincare product this month and it has been the Body Shop, camomile cleansing balm. I didn't want to buy the full size since I had never tried anything like it before so I asked for a sample. I have used this everyday to remove my makeup and its still half full. It does a great job and this is far better than using wipes. I will have to buy the full size very soon.

Body

This month I have been obsessed with this body lotion. I got it a while ago as a gift but I have only just started to use it. I really like the formula of this, it is very moisturizing and hydrating. I am also in love with the smell of this.

Hair

I have been using the Batiste dry shampoo. I have went through about 3 middle sizes off this. I love this for second or even third day hair. It gives lots of volume and it is a nice formula

Music

The only album I have been listening to this month is Olly Murs- Never Been Better. I love every song some of my favorites are Did you miss me and can't say no.

TV

I have been loving dance moms, I watch it every weekday. I think I am slightly obsessed.

Fashion
I am a very lazy person so after school and on the weekend I live in leggings, joggers, sweatshirts and just general comfy clothes.

App

I have been into crossy road all month. My friends have me obsessed. It is just a great game to play when you are bored.

Youtuber/blogger

I have been into http://beautiegirl.blogspot.co.uk/ and http://gabriellalovesxo.blogspot.co.uk/, there blog is amazing. I have been watching Floral Princess
